On the last night of the year, Restaurant Moon will turn into a true gala and party venue for one evening. On 31 December 2025, Moon and Vertigo will close out the year bigger than ever before – with a four-course Black Tie gala dinner, a special programme and a party that goes on late into the night.

The evening begins at 19:00, when we welcome you with a greeting drink and show you to your tables.

Restaurant Moon’s head chefs Roman Zaštšerinski and Igor Andrejev have created a four-course menu especially for this night. To make sure dinner doesn’t pass in silence with only the clinking of cutlery, we have put together a show programme. We’re keeping the exact details to ourselves for now – some surprises are best saved for New Year’s Eve.

On the musical side, we can already reveal that our resident WAX will be behind the decks. Other hot artists will be announced as the event draws closer.

After dinner, we clear away the tables, loosen the ties and start the party – for one night, Restaurant Moon transforms into a club, with Vertigo’s signature focus on light and sound production.

For 15 years, we’ve been at Võrgu Street, house number 3. These have been years filled with joy, inspiration, passion for our craft, endless encounters with you – our dear guests – and, of course, our own growth in the world of gastronomy. We’ve built and developed our vision of local Slavic cuisine here, sharing flavors, memories, and stories.

But like life itself – everything flows, everything changes. It’s time to move forward, to spread our wings even wider, and to begin a new chapter in a new home.

Until May 24, we’ll still be welcoming you at our beloved spot on Võrgu Street. We warmly invite you to visit us during these final days – to reminisce, enjoy, smile… and why not raise a glass in honor of our soon-to-be former home?

Many of you were quite young when you first walked through our door – some came with parents, some on a first date, some just passing by. And then you stayed… for ten years! Your visits have turned into traditions. We’ve witnessed engagements, weddings, birthdays – and helped cure hangovers of all kinds with our borscht, fish soup, dumplings, pies, and sometimes something a little stronger.

Our goal is simple: to continue this journey, offering even better flavors, experiences, and connections – now in our new, more spacious home in Telliskivi.

This is not a goodbye. It’s a beautiful end to Act I… before the next grand culinary performance begins.

Friends, we’re doing it again!

Christmas is not far away!

For the 15th year in a row, a beloved Christmas tradition in our restaurant continues – we offer our dear customers the opportunity to order a stuffed and fully-cooked CHRISTMAS DUCK for their festive table!

The Christmas duck is filled with sauerkraut and lingonberries, accompanied by a mulled wine-flavored sauce.

PRICE PER DUCK: €65

You can order your duck for Christmas (December 20–23, 2024) or for New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2024).

Pick-up is available this year from Restaurant Moon in Kalamaja.

All you need to do is warm up the duck according to the instructions on the chosen day and enjoy the holiday!
