We would like to extend a special thank you to two people who have been at the heart of this journey – our Head Chef Andrei, whose creativity and consistent quality shine through in every dish, and our restaurant manager and soul of Moon, Svetlana, whose hospitality, professionalism, and warmth have made Moon a place people always want to return to.
